Oh Goodie!!!!!

Well I have found heaven on earth! Instead of called heaven they call it Mariano's and inside this wonderful place is a bakery and I have found the yummiest of yummy baked goods and what shocked me and blew me out of my shoes the most was the portion to price ratio. NO JOKE, there were goodies the size of my head for only $1 I couldn't believe it, so in the pure joy of being in heaven I bought 50,000 calories worth of deliciousness. After a long and stressful day at work I hauled ass on the way home blasting Aerosmith to get home to this.............................

A deli sandwich, Tiramisu, and a 4 inch tall red velvet cupcake. <3

......No I didn't eat all of this by myself the tiramisu was for Danielle......

so I only gained 15lbs instead of 30 =]

A very merry christmas

Well Christmas has passed and what a fun weekend it was, so much food and family I was in pure bliss. Such a memorable christmas to my cousin got engaged to a wonderful guy patrick and they will be getting married in next fall time, also I got to see my baby cousin Jared from Kansas city and what a cutie pie. He was baptized also the day after christmas so it was nice to go to that.  Now christmas is all about the family to me but I did get one christmas present that I have been not able to put down, the Alton Brown gear for you kitchen book. OMG! I love this book, But I also hate it at the same time because it just makes me want to go out and spend more money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The early birds gets the toast?

I was feeling a little creative this morning and for a person who doesn't rarely ever eat breakfast I decided to make myself some toast, heres what the outcome was......

Tis the season to be baking!

So I have been doing a lot of holiday baking for family and friends recently

and i'm super excited to say that I have officially made marshmallow homemade,
as along with fudge.

and the out comes were delicious take a look...

That would be from top to bottom: Brownies with candy cane, white chocolate fudge with more candy canes and the bottom would be Peppermint candy cane marshmallows. <3

The Marshmallows were def my favorite.
