Besides the point I have started my new job at Cookies by Design and I am enjoying the experience and learning new things each day about how to run and operate a store front.

Jumping back into some free time now I've had sometime to bake and I was looking forward to making these bad boys all week and the wait was totally worth it all. So I gladly present to you my Mocha Vanilla Twists.
I've been bad about baking lately and haven't had much time to do it but I knew when it came to the super bowl I was going to have to make something sure enough I got dessert duty to bring to on over to the big game so I decided to go with a Walnut expresso Brownie. One word YUMMY!
( I know I know this month has been an expresso/mocha/cappuccino overload but I've needed it to get threw the month to say the least.)
Valentines Day passed also and no I have no Valentine but I do have people I'm very thankful for in my life and who I dearly love so much. Surprisingly I didn't bake on Valentines Day maybe for the reason that my hand felt like it was going to fall off after working over hour after hour after hour in the shop. So instead I made a few handmade cards for a few close loved ones.
